It includes channels like Animal channel, BBC, Discover channel, FOX, MTV, VH1, ESPN, TBS, TNT, etc. And the internet is provided from AT&T since DirecTV partners with a bunch of internet service providers and AT&T is DirecTV's Nashville internet partner. I don't think AT&T offers very fast internet though.
*Note- according to a fellow yelper, the internet speed actually varies by zip code so AT&T u-verse internet might actually be FASTER than Comcast in some areas! Unfortunately for my zipcode, the internet speed range isn't very large. I think my only choice was 6mbps as opposed to my current 50mbps.

“Second screen” refers to the idea that TV viewers would interact with TV content with their mobile or other devices while watching TV. Allowing for innovative and interactive broadcast services, LTE SDL in a TV broadcast band provides new opportunities for broadcasters, which is also technically viable and does not harm Digital Terrestrial Television (DTT). The live demonstration is scheduled to take place at the Nokia Executive Experience Center in Espoo, Finland from 12 - 3 p.m. on September 2 2016.
